750ml red wine
120ml Carlos I Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva
60ml St Lawrence Gold Pure First Tapped Maple Syrup
240ml orange juice
1 orange, sliced
1 green apple, diced
1 cinnamon stick
60ml lemon juice
500ml soda
Ice cubes

In a large jug, combine red wine, brandy, maple syrup and orange juice. Stir till the maple syrup dissolves. Add the sliced orange, diced apple and cinnamon stick. Cover and chill.
Before serving, remove the cinnamon stick and add the lemon juice and soda. Serve in glasses of ice.
