Ingredients

  • 1 tsp De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
  • 1 scoop Waitrose Lemon Sorbet, plus another for garnish
  • Prosecco, to top up
  • Orange zest, for garnish

Method

  1. Pour 1 tsp De Kuyper Blue Curaçao into a flute. Add 1 scoop Waitrose Lemon Sorbet. Top up with Prosecco and finish with another scoop of sorbet. Sprinkle the top with orange zest to garnish.
