50ml Ben Lomond Gin
25ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
Crushed ice
15ml crème de cassis
2 Blackberries, to garnish

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice until the shaker is cold.
Strain into a rocks glass of crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de cassis over the top. Garnish with the blackberries.
