Ingredients

2 peeled ginger 'coins' (the thickness of a £1)
60ml carrot juice
40ml fresh orange juice
25ml gin
15ml triple sec
Carrot, sliced lengthways

Method

Muddle the ginger coins in a cocktail shaker then add ice, the two juices, gin and triple sec. Shake well. Strain into a coupette and garnish with a sliced carrot.
