Ingredients

  • 25ml Campari
  • 75ml orange juie, freshly squeezed
  • 1 handful/s ice cubes
  • 100ml Champagne

Method

  1. Pour 25ml Campari, 75ml freshly squeezed orange juice, and a handful of ice cubes into a mixing glass and stir well.

  2. Strain into 2 chilled flutes and top each with 100ml Champagne.
