Ingredients

  • 75g unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • Potatoes (optional), to serve

Method

  1. Put the butter in a small pan. Set it over a medium-high heat, swirling occasionally until melted. Once the butter has started to turn golden, add the caraway seeds and keep cooking, swirling occasionally, until golden brown with a nutty aroma (5-8 minutes). Toss through hot potatoes while still hot.
