Ingredients

  • 245g pack peas, cabbage & Tenderstem broccoli layers
  • 500g pack gnocchi
  • 350g tub four cheese sauce
  • 180g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Pulled Ham Hock

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to high. Bring a large ovenproof frying pan of salted water to the boil, add the broccoli from the vegetable pack and cook for 1 minute.

  2. Add 250g gnocchi and the remaining vegetables (reserve the flavoured butter), then boil for 3 minutes. Drain, reserving a splash of cooking water.

  3. Meanwhile, heat the cheese sauce in the empty pan. Add the gnocchi and vegetables, fold in the ham hock and the reserved water to loosen, then season with plenty of black pepper.

  4. Dot the top with the minted butter from the vegetable pack, then grill for 3-5 minutes until bubbling, golden and piping hot throughout.

Cook’s tip

The leftover uncooked gnocchi will freeze well for up to a month in an airtight box or bag. It can be boiled straight from frozen.
