  • 900g pack chicken shawarma king kebab
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 x 200g packs The Levantine Table 2 Handstretched Flatbreads
  • 180g pack roasted garlic aioli


  1. Cook the chicken according to pack instructions. While you wait, halve and thinly slice the onion and toss it in a bowl with seasoning and a splash of wine vinegar from the store cupboard. It will soften and pink up as it stands.

  2. Warm the flatbreads according to pack instructions.

  3. When the chicken is ready, slice and serve in the warmed flatbreads with the aioli, topped with the pickled red onion.
