Ingredients

  • ½ x 500g pack Yutaka Edamame Soybeans in Pods
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 clove/s garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp reduced salt light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Boil the soybeans according to pack instructions, then drain well and place in a serving bowl. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan and cook the garlic and red chilli, finely chopped, for 2 minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in reduced-salt light soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the edamame and toss together. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and sesame seeds and a small pinch of sea salt flakes.
