Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove/s garlic, crushed
  • 450g pack Essential Waitrose Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 200g pack Waitrose Limited Selection Tat Soi
  • 2 tbsp Amoy Light Soy Sauce
  • ½ x 25g pack Cooks' Ingredients Thai Basil, shredded

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, and fry the garlic and Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry for 4 minutes, covered. Cut the stems off the tat soi, add to the pan with the soy sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Stir in the basil and serve with the beef in oyster sauce.
