Method
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, and fry the garlic and Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry for 4 minutes, covered. Cut the stems off the tat soi, add to the pan with the soy sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the basil and serve with the beef in oyster sauce.
