50ml sugar syrup
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
250ml Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Whiskey
25ml cherry brandy
25ml red vermouth
15ml cold water

To serve

1 jar/s cocktail cherry

Warm the sugar syrup with the cinnamon stick and cloves in a small saucepan. Once simmering, take off the heat and let cool.
Strain into a jug, then stir in the whiskey, cherry brandy, red vermouth and cold water. Pour into a freezer-safe bottle or container and freeze for at least 1 hour or up to 3.
Serve 75ml each, with a cocktail cherry.
