Ingredients

  • 50ml alcohol-free spirit
  • 50ml cucumber purée
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Soda water, to top up
  • Cucumber ribbons, to garnish
  • 1 sprig/s dill, to garnish

Method

  1. Mix the alcohol-free spirit, cucumber purée, sugar syrup and lemon juice in an ice-filled Collins glass. Top up with soda water and stir

  2. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and a fresh dill sprig.
