Ingredients

  • 250ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 10ml dry white vermouth
  • 15ml cold water

To serve

  • 1 unwaxed lemon, zest peeled in strips

Method

  1. Pour The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, vermouth and cold water into a large jug. Stir, taste and add another 5-10ml water if you like. Pour into a freezer-safe bottle or container and freeze for at least 1 hour or up to 3.

  2. Serve 60ml each in small glasses with a strip of unwaxed lemon zest.
