1 shot of vodka
1 shot of kahlúa
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Dark chocolate (optional), to serve

In a small jug, combine the shots of espresso, vodka and kahlúa. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a martini glass, then pour over the coffee mixture. Bonus points for a grating of dark chocolate over the top!
