Ingredients

  • 150ml Mediterranean tonic water
  • 15ml De Kuyper Crème de Cassis,
  • 35ml freshly brewed espresso coffee

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and the Mediterranean tonic water. Slowly add the De Kuyper Crème de Cassis and allow it to sink to the bottom. Slowly pour over the freshly brewed espresso to float on top.
