  • 25ml Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • 25ml Teisseire Fruit De La Passion Le Sirop
  • ½ lime, juice
  • 100ml Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
  • ½ passion fruit, to serve


  1. Fill a tumbler or highball glass with ice. Pour in the rum, passion fruit syrup and lime juice. Top up with tonic water and stir gently to combine. Sit the passion fruit ½ on top to serve.
