The classic trio of rum, lime and passion fruit sing in this lighter version of a traditional rum punch.

25ml Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
25ml Teisseire Fruit De La Passion Le Sirop
½ lime, juice
100ml Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
½ passion fruit, to serve

Fill a tumbler or highball glass with ice. Pour in the rum, passion fruit syrup and lime juice. Top up with tonic water and stir gently to combine. Sit the passion fruit ½ on top to serve.
