  • 50ml vodka
  • 15ml triple sec
  • 1 scoop Waitrose Alphonso Mango Sorbet
  • Soda, to top up
  • 1 tsp Waitrose Alphonso Mango, Passion Fruit & Yuzu Coulis
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish


  1. Shake the vodka and triple sec with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float 1 scoop Waitrose Alphonso Mango Sorbet on the top of the drink and top up with soda. Drizzle 1tsp Waitrose Alphonso Mango, Passion Fruit & Yuzu Coulis over the sorbet and garnish with an orange twist.
