- 30ml gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 30ml dry sparkling wine or Champagne
Method
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial. Shake until cold, then strain into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
