Ingredients

  • 30ml Silent pool gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml elderflower cordial
  • 30ml dry sparkling wine or Champagne

Method

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial. Shake until cold, then strain into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
