Ingredients
750ml red wine
125ml triple sec
400g strawberries, hulled
225g raspberries, plus 1 extra for garnish
3 tbsp caster sugar
4 cups crushed ice
150g blueberries
1 sprig of mint
Method
Blend the red wine, triple sec, strawberries, raspberries, caster sugar and ice until smooth. Transfer to a freezer-proof just and freeze for about 1 hour.
Remove 15 minutes before serving so it softens a little and stir. Garnish with blueberries, the extra raspberry and mint.
