Fruit rainbow sangria

Ingredients

  • 125g blueberries
  • 150g red grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 150g pineapple cubes
  • 150g mango, peeld and chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 125g strawberries, quartered
  • 60ml Lustau Vermut Blanco
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • 750ml white wine
  • soda water (optional)

Method

  1. In a tall jug, layer the blueberries, red grapes, kiwis, pineapple cubes, mango, oranges and strawberries.

  2. In a separate jug, mix the Lustau Vermut Blanco, lime juice and honey. Pour over the fruit and top up with the white wine and soda water.
