Ingredients

  • 4 wholegrain pittas
  • 180g pack supergreen salad
  • 6 finely sliced sundried tomatoes, 1 tbsp oil from the tomato jar
  • 150 pack halved garlic & parsley king prawns with their marinade
  • 90g pack wild rocket
  • 2 tbsp crispy fried onions

Method

  1. Toast wholegrain pittas. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix a supergreen salad with its dressing, finely sliced sundried tomatoes and a halved garlic & parsley king prawns with their marinade. Dress a wild rocket with oil from the tomato jar; season. Halve the pittas and stuff with everything plus crispy fried onions.
