A twist on the beloved Hugo spritz. This version adds in gin for a subtly botanical edge that works beautifully with elderflower and Prosecco.

Handful of mint
25ml Another Hendricks Gin
25ml elderflower liqueur
Ice cubes
75ml Prosecco
Splash of soda
Squeeze of lime
Lime wedge, mint sprig (optional), to garnish

Slap a handful of mint to release its oils and drop into a large wine glass. Add the gin and elderflower liqueur. Stir.
Add ice and Prosecco. Top up with a splash of soda and a squeeze of lime. Stir slowly and garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
