Ingredients

192g pack hash browns in blankets
180g pack Red Fox Welsh rarebit
½ x 20g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Chives
1 tbsp dried cranberries

Method

Cook the hash browns and the rarebit in a preheated oven according to pack instructions.
Finely chop a few chives and place the hash browns and rarebit on a platter when cooked.
Scatter with the chives and a few cranberries and serve immediately, ready for dipping and dunking.
