Ingredients

  • 35ml Belgrove Small Batch Hazelnut Rum
  • 15ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur (or your preferred coffee-based liqueur)
  • 30ml espresso
  • 3 espresso beans, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake together for 10-15 seconds, then ­fine-strain into a martini glass. Serve with espresso beans in the centre of the drink, if liked.
