A frozen take on the cocktail-bar favourite, this iced marg is like a grown-up strawberry slushie. Salty rim optional, sunny spot in the garden essential.

Wedge of lime
Sea salt
200g frozen strawberries
60ml 1800 Silver Tequila
25ml triple sec
15ml lime juice
1 strawberry, to garnish

Rub a wedge of lime round the top of a margarita glass and dip upside down into a small plate of sea salt to coat the rim. Blend the frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec and lime juice until smooth and icy. Pour into the glass and garnish with a strawberry.
