½ tsp sriracha sauce
50ml vodka
25ml dry vermouth
¼ tsp runny honey
strip of lemon zest

Squeeze about 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce into a chilled martini glass. Shake vodka, dry vermouth and runny honey over ice. Strain ito the glass. Twist a strip of lemon zest over the top. Stir and drop the zest in the glass.
