180g Essential Frozen Berries 1kg
25ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
10ml lemon juice
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
75ml cranberry juice
50ml Seedlip Spice 94
Rosemary sprig and Essential Frozen Berries to garnish

Put the frozen berries, syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and cranberry juice into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour the Seedlip Spice into a tumbler and add crushed ice. Add the blended mixture to the glass and top up with more crushed ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and more frozen berries.
