Ingredients

  • 450ml Tilda Classic Organic Rice Mlk
  • 4 large bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 45g Medjool dates, pitted, or soft pitted dates
  • ½ tsp white miso paste

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz for 3-4 minutes until smooth.

  2. Divide between 2 tall glasses. This is best enjoyed straightaway, but you can chill it a couple of hours ahead – just give it a good shake before drinking.
