Fizzing with all the fruit and bubbles of a mimosa, this cocktail is topped up with alcohol-free sparkling wine.

  • 5 raspberries
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 50ml orange juice
  • Alcohol-free sparkling wine, to top up


  1. Muddle raspberries in a glass with the sugar syrup and spoon into a flute. Add orange juice and top up with alcohol-free sparkling wine.

  2. Garnish with a raspberry.
