Ingredients

  • 412g pack mushroom & mascarpone chicken breasts
  • 400g pack roast garlic & shallot root veg parmentier
  • 1 pack/s super green vegetable medley

Method

  1. Cook the chicken in the oven at 200ºC, gas mark 6 with the parmentier alongside, according to pack instructions.

  2. When the chicken is ready, cover, leave to rest, then increase the oven temperature to 220ºC, gas mark 7 until the root vegetables are well coloured.

  3. Cook the green vegetable medley according to pack instructions. Serve the chicken with its sauce and both packs of vegetables.
