Ingredients

  • 300g pack potato röstis
  • 20g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Dill
  • 200g tub celeriac remoulade
  • 100g pack No.1 Heather Honey Smoked Scottish Salmon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6 and cook the röstis according to pack instructions.

  2. Roughly chop a handful of dill and fold it though the remoulade.

  3. When the röstis are ready, divide between plates, top with some remoulade, then ruffles of salmon. Sprinkle over more dill, crack over some black pepper, and serve with more remoulade on the side. Some lemon to squeeze over also works well.
