  • Cooks’ Ingredients Barbacoa Seasoning
  • 50ml Tequila Reposado
  • 75ml Granini Peach Juice
  • ¼ tsp agave nectar
  • 2 lime wedge, juice of 2
  • 1 peach, cut into slices
  • Grapefruit soda


  1. Rub one side of the rim on a highball with lime and dip into a saucer sprinkled with Cooks’ Ingredients Barbacoa Seasoning.

  2. Mix 50ml reposado Tequila, 75ml Granini Peach Juice, ½ tsp agave nectar and the juice of 2 lime wedges in the glass. Add 2 peach slices and crushed ice.

  3. Top up with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and a peach slice.
