Ingredients

  • 100ml Akashi-Tai Honjozo Tokubetsu Sake
  • 100ml gin
  • 100ml pear juice

Method

  1. Pour the Akashi-Tai Honjozo Tokubetsu Sake, gin and pear juice into a large jug. Stir, then pour into a freezer-safe bottle or container. Freeze for at least 1 hour but no more than 2, as the texture will change.

  2. Serve 75ml each in ice-filled tumblers.
