Ingredients

  • 100ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 40ml Drambuie
  • 3 drop/s Cooks' Ingredients Peppermint Extract
  • 1 Waitrose Mint Cream

Method

  1. Shake 100ml freshly brewed coffee, slightly cooled, with 40ml Drambuie and 3 drops Cooks’ Ingredients Peppermint Extract in an ice-filled shaker. Pour into a martini glass.

  2. Cut a slit into a Waitrose Mint Cream and rest on the rim of the glass.
