If you like your cocktails with a bit of bite, this one's for you. Fiery ginger beer and dark rum are a tried-and-tested pairing for a reason. Add a float of rum on top for a dramatic, 'stormy' finish.

Ingredients

  • ½ lime, juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 150ml spicy ginger beer
  • 50ml The Kraken Black Spiced Rum
  • Lime wedge (optional), to garnish

Method

  1. Add the lime juice to a Collins glass of ice. Pour in the spicy ginger beer until the glass is ¾ full. Float the rum on top to create a layered effect. Garnish with a lime wedge.
