Ingredients

  • 100ml gin
  • 20ml vodka
  • 1 Strip of orange zest
  • 3 cloves
  • 20ml Noilly Prat Original Dry French Vermouth

To serve

  • 2 Strip of orange zest
  • 6 cloves

Method

  1. Put the gin and vodka in a jug or glass and add 1 strip of orange zest and 3 cloves. Leave for 15 minutes.

  2. Strain into a shaker and add vermouth and lots of ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into 2 chilled glasses.

  3. Garnish each with a strip of orange zest studded with a few cloves.
