100ml gin
20ml vodka
1 Strip of orange zest
3 cloves
20ml Noilly Prat Original Dry French Vermouth

To serve

2 Strip of orange zest
6 cloves

Put the gin and vodka in a jug or glass and add 1 strip of orange zest and 3 cloves. Leave for 15 minutes.
Strain into a shaker and add vermouth and lots of ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into 2 chilled glasses.
Garnish each with a strip of orange zest studded with a few cloves.
