Ingredients

  • 50ml London dry gin
  • 2 tsp Duchy Organic Redcurrant Jelly
  • 10ml Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Cordial
  • 5ml lemon juice
  • Redcurrants, to garnish

Method

  1. Add the London dry gin, redcurrant jelly, cordial and lemon juice to a mixing glass and stir until the jelly breaks up and turns into a smooth liquid. Strain into a coupe filled with ice. Garnish with redcurrants.
