Ingredients

  • 50ml Absolut Raspberri vodka
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 50ml pomegranate juice
  • Ice
  • 2 fresh raspberries

Method

  1. Pour the vodka into a shaker with lime juice, pomegranate juice and lots of ice. Shake until cold.

  2. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and garnish with fresh raspberries threaded onto a cocktail skewer.

Stay Chilled

Pop your glasses in the freezer while preparing cocktails; they’ll be ice-cold and frosty when it’s time to serve.
