Ingredients

25ml Whitley Neill Distiller’s Cut Gin
25ml Lustau Vermut Rosé
10ml lemon juice
100ml Fentimans Rose Lemonade, to top up
1 Pink Lady apple slice, to serve

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, rosé and lemon juice. Shake well, then strain into a coupe glass and top up with rose lemonade. Serve with the apple slice.
