In a cup, mix 1 tsp Little’s Rich Hazelnut Instant Coffee with 100ml hot water. Leave to cool slightly.
Swirl 1-2 tsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce around a cocktail glass. Shake the cooled coffee with 25ml KahlÚa and a small scoop of No.1 Colombian Coffee Ice Cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Pour into the glass and garnish with a Jules Destrooper Almond Thin and a salted almond.
