Smash beef burgers with sriracha cheese melts

Smash beef burgers with sriracha cheese melts

Recipe Meal Maths logo

Bone marrow adds a wonderful unctuousness to burgers. Topped with a melting round of spicy cheese and stuffed into new seeded brioche buns, these are as good as any dirty burger you’ll find. For the ultimate stack, add in some pickled gherkins and burger sauce too.

  • 4 beef smash burgers with bone marrow
  • 140g pack Red Leicester cheese & sriracha burger melts
  • 4 seeded brioche burger buns
  • 116g rainbow side salad

  1. Cook the burgers according to pack instructions. Two minutes before the end of cooking time, top each one with a burger melt and put a lid on the pan to help with the melting.

  2. Split the buns in ½ and toast under the grill, or on a griddle pan, if liked. Stack up the burgers with some side salad. Also tasty with the usual classic extras such as pickles, mayo, mustard and sauces.
