After the richness of a Christmas feast, this cool, crisp and refreshing cocktail is more than welcome.

Pour 50ml Seedlip Spice 94 and 150ml Belvoir Freshly Squeezed Lemonade into a freezerproof container and mix well. Freeze for 1½ hours, then fluff up with a fork to loosen the mixture. Return to the freezer for 2 hours, then fork through the mixture again. Serve in a shot glass garnished with grated lime zest and frozen redcurrants.
