Ingredients
2 Waitrose Chai Tea Bags
1 redbush tea bag
700ml boiled water
250ml orange juice
1 tbsp honey
6 cardamom pods, bruised
2 apples, sliced
1 handful cloves
Method
Add all the tea bags to the boiled hot water in a medium
saucepan. Steep for 5 minutes, or longer if you want a stronger flavour, then remove the tea bags.
Place the pan over a medium heat and add the orange juice, honey and cardamom pods. Stud the apple slices with the cloves and add to the pan. Heat for 5 minutes to a gentle simmer and serve warm.
