Ingredients

  • 237g pack No.1 Hand Stretched Cornish Sea Salt & Rosemary Focaccia
  • 350g jar Ottolenghi Kalamata Olive & Harissa Sauce
  • 400g can Essential Cannellini Beans in Water
  • 200g pack No.1 Strained Natural Greek Yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6, and warm the bread according to pack instructions.

  2. Combine the sauce and the drained beans in a saucepan and simmer until the beans are piping hot. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar, or a drizzle of honey to round out the flavours if needed.

  3. Serve with a generous spoonful (about 100g) of yogurt on top and cut or tear the bread into pieces to serve alongside.
