Pinch cajun spice
45ml Absolut Tabasco Flavoured Vodka
150ml The Pickle House Spiced Tomato Mix
15ml lemon juice
Pinch ground black pepper
Pinch salt
Ice cubes
Lemon wedge, red chilli slices, parsley sprig, celery stick (optional), to garnish

Pour a pinch of cajun spice into a saucer. Wet the top rim of a highball and dip into the spice.
Shake the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice with a pinch of black pepper and salt and ice. Strain into the glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge, red chilli slices, a parsley sprig and a celery stick.
