50ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum
25ml lime, juice
15ml pineapple juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 1 slice red chilli, 1 whole chilli for garnish
1 egg white

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, 1 small slice red chilli and the egg white. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass; garnish with a red chilli.
