Ingredients

  • 2 No.1 San Marzano Tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ red pepper, roughly chopped
  • ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 2 limes, juice
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning taste and serve.
