Ingredients

  • 20ml St Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20ml cooled Earl Grey tea
  • 20ml gin
  • 20ml dry vermouth
  • pea shoots for garnish
  • 1 sugar snap pea pod or twist of lemon peel for garnish if liked

Method

  1. Pour St Germain French Elderflower Liqueur, the Earl Grey tea, gin and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice, then stir until very cold. Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice cubes.

  2. Garnish with pea shoots and/or a sugar snap pea pod, or a twist of lemon peel if liked.
