Strawberry Pimm's & lemonade

Classic Pimm's No.1 Cup added to cool lemonade with plenty of strawberries for a refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 200ml Pimm’s No 1 Cup
  • 600ml Waitrose Lemonade
  • Cucumber slices
  • Slices of orange
  • Slices of strawberries
  • Sprig of mint

Method

  1. 1. Fill a large jug with ice and pour in the Pimm’s and lemonade.

  2. 2. Add the strawberries, other fruit and mint, stir well and serve in tall glasses with straws.

Cook’s tip

Try freezing the cocktail overnight in moulds for grown-up ice lollies.
