Ingredients

  • 1 handful/s ice cubes
  • 25ml Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 100ml chilled Prosecco
  • 50ml sparkling water
  • 1 strip of lemon zest
  • 1 mint sprig to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a large balloon or wine glass with ice cubes. Pour over Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin, elderflower cordial, chilled Prosecco and sparkling water.

  2. Stir gently, then drop in a strip of lemon zest and a mint sprig to garnish.

Cook’s tip

Final Flourish 

Use a vegetable peeler to cut a long curl of unwaxed lemon zest, taking care not to pick up too much of the pith.
